At the beginning of our operations with Fura MKS Company, from which True-L originates, we began with the provision of services of our truck fleet.

It is often the case that the majority of forwarding companies do not even have a clue about how many stages and hidden elements the concept of ‘international transport’ itself includes. Working with documents, with drivers, taking care of our own transport, tracking the cargo and its safety on the way – all this gave us the understanding of the responsibility to approach the work in charge of us as a carrier long before we decided to switch to comprehensive international delivery of assorted cargo from around the world.

While providing transport services, we have acquired reliable partners and maintained long-term cooperation with them. Our team

When creating True-L, we tried to combine not just a team of professionals and an agent network of partners, but to form a system that would include comprehensive details at each stage of international transportation.

Our team consists of logistic specialists, managers for sales of our services and client management, freight forwarders, dispatchers, loaders, storekeepers, experts on document management, both within the Russian jurisdiction and abroad. And with regard to each of these segments we feel secure when we tell the client that we know what we are selling, and we work in a team, so we give an account for every word.

We always know exactly what we transport

True-L is not a company that acts as ‘an intermediary by phone’ when you are asked to wait for clarifications, or a number of calls may be required to find out the location of a truck or the condition of the cargo that arrived at the consolidation warehouse.

We fully control all the shipments:

1. Video surveillance in the warehouse,
2. Taking photos of cargo and providing the photos on demand,
3. An actual description of the cargo, including its actual weight that we measure ourselves, and do not take it from the sender’s documents,
4. The exact number of cargo units in a truck.

All this is important both for us who act as the owner of motor transport and for you in view of the fact that the Code of Administrative Offenses provides for the responsibility of the carrier, and not the forwarder, who may make a mistake and try to get out of the situation.

We are a company that recognizes and bears such responsibility, and understands that it is an actual responsibility. That is why we are confident that when we give you the status of the cargo and its condition, both actual and documented, it is factually correct, and at every stage our team will guide and accompany you with advice and guidance.

True-L Company is the very same “hands” that draw up huge packages of documents, track the loading, and check cargo units and their documentary details in the accompanying documents.

It is the very same “feet” at customs checkpoints, when even a driver is able to make a video filming of the process, communicate with representatives of customs authorities defending the interests of the company and its transported cargoes.
